Cet appareil de poche, totalement autonome, reçoit, par l'intermédiaire du canal RDS des radios FM, des informations routières en temps réel. Équipé d'une mémoire cartographique, il affiche sur son écran à cristaux liquides une carte où figurent bouchons, points noirs, travaux ou fermetures de route. Si on lui indique un point de départ et un point d'arrivée, il fournit une estimation très précise du temps de parcours et peut proposer jusqu'à trois itinéraires.
